1. Bent Circular Row

With your knees bent, tense your abs. Bow forward to your torso is parallel to the floor. Spread your hands to the ground but don’t touch it. Start making little circles with your hands. Add deviation to the circles by doing bigger circles, and change the ways your hands are moving. Do 10-12 reps in sets of 3.
